And then there is the identification of your pets.
Some pet crematoriums talk about patented pet tracking systems where they allocate a pet a number and this is how they are tracked. We do not need to do that. We are a small business with only myself who handles most of the transfers and Gary who handles most of the cremations.
Your companion already has their unique identifier when they come into our care from either home or the vet surgery. That is their first and last name. This name is with them throughout every stage of the cremation process from when the first arrive in our care until they are transferred back into the care of the vet surgery or back to your home.
We continually check your companions name through each stage of the cremation process much like when you are in hospital. Every time a process is done your companions name is checked.
