Welcome to Mackay Pet Cremations. We are a fully council and environmentally approved facility that has been operating in Mackay since July 2000. Although there has been a change in ownership in August  2016 we continue to offer the same personal and caring service that has been the cornerstone of the business since its original inception. 

We are still a small owner operated business, so you can be assured that the person who answers the phone will be the person that picks up your pet and takes care of them through the entire process right up until when they return to you.

Our goal is to make this process as easy as possible for pet owners at such a difficult time. We treat the pets in our care with gentleness, dignity and the respect that any member of your or our family deserves.

We are the only service provider  for the Mackay area and surrounding districts including Sarina, Moranbah, Airlie Beach and Proserpine.

If your pet  passes away at home we can offer a home collection service to our local area or alternatively our service is also offered directly through the following vet practices, just speak to one of the staff and they will help you with the process.
